Cobalt Octoate 12%
It is a clear blue-violet liquid that acts as primary oxidation catalyst and works mainly on the surface of the wet film. It is most powerful at ambient temperatures. Can lead to discoloration due to its purple color. Also available in Cobalt Octoate 6%.
